Terms  of  Services

Please read beforehand to prevent any future complications.
If there is anything you are unsure of regarding the T.o.S, feel free to ask regardless it is being covered or not.


By commissioning me, it means you've notified and agreed to all the terms listed.

** Please do not pay anything beforehand until I have confirmed acceptance.
 

  • Full payment upfront (USD only) within the next 24 hours upon confirmation.

  • Available payment methods: direct PAYPAL invoice / KOFI / VGen. ​​

    • ​Please note that prices can differ slightly depending on payment methods you choose.

  • Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within the time limit.

  • I will only start after I received full payment.

  • Priority orders is only subjected to moving up your slot on the worklist. In this case, there will be additional priority fee. The amount is not fixed and dependent on factors. Please check with me if availability and the fee amount.

    • Working by specific deadline(s) is currently not available.​

  • Prices can be subjected to change without prior notice.​

 PAYMENT

​​

  • For color alterations/palette, I work with what fits best to my art style and colors may stray off from the original.
    You might want to reconsider if you're looking for accuracy.

  • My own artistic freedom to modify/tweak the designs to suit my art style will not result in extra charges.
    Please specify beforehand if you want me to follow the designs strictly.

  • As much as I hate to admit, I have a weak constitution. Meaning I tend to fall sick easily. Along with irl schedule, progress is generally slow. When there's no update given from me, it usually means that I'm unwell.

    • Please be sure that you have the patience to wait and do not rush me.

    • Status link will be given and regularly updated.

  • This must be done before I start the piece:

    • Please always provide clear references and specific details if you need me to take note.​

    • References are allowed to request for change- be it a new character or outfit. Extra charges may be applied. 
      Please check with me beforehand. *Do not change the references       without any prior notice please.

  • Working-in-progress screenshots (WIPs)

    • WIPs will be given as updates depending on the respective styles.

    • I will let you know beforehand if no WIP will be provided. In that case, you can request if permitted.

      • Please do not save/upload the WIPs anywhere.

      • During the WIP sketch process, you're allowed to request changes but major changes or complete re-draw is not allowed. *Please be specific beforehand to minimize as much confusion / miscommunication down the road.

  • Final Product

    • I will only make changes on my part of error. Otherwise, no changes is allowed after the final work is presented.

      • Any changes done to which you didn't provide clearly beforehand will incur extra charges.

    • You are only entitled to have the final product(s) in png or gif file (depending) without watermark and not sai/psd or any files containing layers. 

      • To reiterate, my logo/signature is NOT watermark. It will be present by default. Version of removed logo/signature is not available nor the logo/signature allowed to be removed.

    • Otherwise stated in the description of the style(s), transparent file(s) will not be available for request when given background(s) are stated.

 PROCESS

For Personal Usage

  • ✔️ You are permitted to upload the final product(s) to personal sites. Please give visible credit all the time.

  • ✔️ You are permitted to put the final product(s) on social media(s) icon.

  • ✔️ You are permitted to use for personal device(s) as wallpaper etc.

  • ✔️ You are permitted to use the final product(s) to physical item(s) SOLELY for personal use.

  • ❌ You are not allowed to edit or modify the commissions in any way under any circumstances. Resizing is allowed.

For Commercial Usage​

  • For purchasing these terms of commercial usage rights, it will be x2 the final price. Please notify me beforehand.

  • ** This is only for per user/person usage. Charges will increase if more than one user/person is using the same artwork for own streaming content too. 

    • ​(Mainly for artwork that involves two or more owners' character(s).)

    • ​Please check with me if you're not sure.

 

  • Only for promotional usage:

    • Usage of artwork for streaming platforms or others (e.g. Twitch, Youtube, Discord etc.) counts as commercial usage.

    • You are permitted to use for:
      ✔️ In-stream assets e.g. custom emojis/emotes/stickers/banners etc. or other promotional purposes.
      ✔️ Certain edits and modifications are allowed for overlays/banners etc. Please check with me for confirmation.

    • Usage of artwork for profit/redistribution purposes is currently not included and not available and therefore, not permitted.

    • You are not allowed to use for:
      ❌ Prints, as merchandise, for promotion/advertisement of a commercial project etc.

  • The rest of the terms still entails in here.

  • ❌ Usage for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or other cryptocurrencies from my artwork is strictly prohibited.

  • ❌ You are NEVER PERMITTED to strip off/move my logo or signature.

  • ❌ You are not allowed to upload on AI generated/picrew similar websites. (e.g Midjourney, illustmimic etc.)​​​​

  • I own full rights to the commissions e.g. to display the art pieces on my sites. 

    • Private commissions are currently not available.

  • To safeguard both my rights and the commissions you have paid for, please upload the watermarked commissions when post publicly. Either the ones I provided or your own watermarked versions.

 Rights and Permissions

Refunds​

  • Refunds can be requested if I have not started. In this case, full amount will be refunded, excluding any transaction fee.

  • Under no circumstances should you chargeback regardless of the reason.

  • If work has started, amount will be refunded accordingly to the progress:

▶  Only 50% of the payment will be refunded if sketch has started.

▶  Only 30% of the payment will be refunded if lineart has started. (*This is dependent to certain styles.)

▶  Only 15% of the payment will be refunded if color has started.

▶  No refund once I have finished.

  • Upon refunds, the product at its respective phase will be given to you. I have full rights to give you whichever resolution I deemed fit.

  • You have no rights to complete/edit/color/draw over the piece.

  • You're allowed to upload the piece to your personal site(s) with visible credit.

  • Please be sure to check frequently in order to ensure smooth-sailing delivery. Progress will be in halt if no response is given.

  • The provided options are the only available contact/communication means:

    • Preferably at email / VGen DM (if order through VGen)

    • Deviantart notes / Toyhouse PMs are alright.

    • If chosen for Twitter DM, please make sure your twitter is available for DM.

  • Delivery of the commission will be done through where communication has taken place.

Please read and follow the following extra specific terms if given on certain types of commissions.
